Christopher spent his youth in Oklahoma where his first exposure to music was sitting in an auditorium on a grade school outing, listening to a symphony orchestra. "To put it mildly", he is quoted, "I was smitten".

By age twelve his only available music outlet was a guitar, which was given to an older brother for Christmas. Chris quickly learned to play it when his brother wasn't around. By age sixteen he'd written his first song. From the early stages of high school and into college Chris found himself working as a roadie and sound engineer for local bands, traveling middle America doing gigs. In this process he wrote and performed blue grass, country, pop and rock.  His passion has always been toward the creative. As his songwriting talents developed and as a result of piano and voice courses from college, Chris began to experiment more heavily with complex musical arrangements. Chris is now a published songwriter with selected songs and orchestrations that have played in both the United States and Europe on cable and in syndication. (DSM Producers - Music Library Contributor, 1995), (SCi-Fi channel's - Space Above And Beyond, writing credit).
Writing for the pop, rock, folk and country venues, Chris has found himself drawn to original music composition expressed through orchestration. The end result is a growing original music theme library for film and television. He often employs traditional orchestras in an untraditional manner. His melodies are soulful, often haunting, his arrangements both melodic and percussive which is why they are so unique. His style has made him particularly suited to drama and suspense and yet his diverse musical background has provided him with the palette for any genre. Chris has that natural ability to 'interpret', blending his musical compositions with images which is why his film scores are so captivating.    Creative writing has always been part of Chris' life. His first full length Novel, 'The Legend Of Evil' is now complete and he is currently writing on 'The Autumn List' . From the time he was young and in creative writing classes in school to now from his office in Nashville, Tennessee, Christopher has always chosen to seek to discover the best that he could be in everything that he did.
Discovering early in life that "people love to hear stories", he has sought to communicate the human experience in both his writing, speaking and musical composition.
